BB series is ideal for production of medium quantity of welded mesh panels.

This mesh welding plant’s structure is modular, allowing you to get started with a small investment and focusing on quick setup times for wire diameter and format changes in the processed mesh. Digital electric servomotors power the system.

Description

Our mesh welders BB series are designed to weld large wire diameters range for reinforcing mesh and offer simple operations, lower maintenance and reduced electrical consumption (few modes of welding).

Like every Mashtronics machines, BB Mesh Welder is modular in design, allowing you to add more modules like line wire feeder, overturning, stackers, as your company expands. The main advantage is on short setup times for regulation of line and wire diameter, as well as the dimensions and size of the processed mesh.

Every mesh welder provides easy maintenance, short changeover times, and operation and typically 1 operator can run the entire line.
