A steel wire straightening and cutting machine MasteCut-16 is a mechanical device used to straighten and cut steel wire into desired lengths. It is commonly used in industries such as manufacturing rebar wire.MasterCut-16 with rollers, is automatic wire straightening and cutting machine, to produce cut-to-size wires up to Ø 16 mm.

A wide range of wires can be processed depending on the machine configuration, from rebar steel wire Ø 8 mm to Ø 16 mm.

Driven by digital electric servomotors for pulling and asynchronous motor with brake for cutting.

Our wire straightener machines are also available in right and left mode allowing for two machines to be set up face to face allowing a lot of different production advantages. One of the most important benefits is the reduction of labor costs.
