One of the largest applications of this SuperCut straightener is in the production of industrial mesh such as fence panels, cable trays, mesh for rolling containers and picking carts, mesh for shopping baskets and trolleys, mesh for gabions and stone boxes, wire baskets and cages, etc.
The machine consists of several parts, including a payoff, a feeding mechanism straightening unit, a cutting unit, collecting bench and a control system.
The wire is fed into the machine through the feeding mechanism, which then passes it through the straightening unit (rotor). The straightening unit (rotor) is designed to remove any kinks or bends in the wire, ensuring that it is perfectly straight before it is cut.
After the wire is straightened, it is fed into the cutting unit, which is designed to cut the wire to the desired length. The length of the wire is set using the mechanism on the collection bench, which can be adjusted to cut the wire into different lengths.
The collection bench collects the cut wire and serves to determine the length to which the wire is cut.
