VMP EcoFence mesh welding machine is designed to produce 3D fences working from pre-cut wire. Machine is designed to produce only welded mesh for fences.

Welding electrodes are positioned to meet all standard dimensions of fence panels, while the transverse step can be regulated in software (50, 55 or even more).

The insertion of the longitudinal wire is achieved by means of a semi-automatic wire feeder.(there is a possibility without this device in order to reduce the price of the machine, where the longitudinal wire is inserted manually into the welding portal).

To make it easier for the worker to know where to insert the wire, he will choose the type of panel on the touch screen panel and the bulb will pay attention to the exact place where the wire is inserted. By selecting the panel type, the machine will automatically turn the electrode / cylinder off.

The cycle from welding to welding is approximately 1.5 seconds, and it depends a lot on the way and mode of welding.

After the end of the welded mesh, ie the panel, the machine signals the worker to remove the mesh from the machine. If necessary, a robot can be installed that will automatically remove the finished mesh (panel).
