Mashtronics TWM mesh welders is designed to produce different types of truss mesh. Depending on configuration, the machine can produce different types of truss wall reinforcements or mesh spacers.

Machine is designed for easy and continuous operation. Wires are fed directly from coils through a compact multi-roller straightening, servo-motor driven feeding unit. Depends of wire diameter middle wire is bended with pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder.

Output quality is ensured by a special wire guiding system with several moving gripping points. All parameters such as squeezing, welding, holing and cooling are digitally controlled and adjustable in software.
