The MBK-S re-drawing machines are built with cutting-edge technology to ensure optimal performance. Equipped with either a die or rolling cassette for wire reduction, these machines feature tilted drawing blocks connected by V belts and gearboxes for smooth operation. The inclusion of a dancer arm with rolls for speed synchronization enables the machine to achieve precise and efficient wire drawing.
Capable of reaching speeds up to 25 meters per second, the MBK-S series is ideal for high-speed production of small to medium wire diameters. Mashtronics can offer a very wide range of wire drawing MBK-S machines, with capstan sizes starting at 250 mm up to 400 mm in diameter. It is ideal option to draw wire up to 0.4 mm. Depending on configuration it can draw low, medium, or high carbon wire.
Using Siemens motors and Siemens PLC the machine achieves high-speed drawing and reliable operation when working in all three shifts. Using SKF bearings and central lubrication of the main bearing we achieve long-lasting and reliable work.
The frame body is designed and built in sturdy, electro-welded steel plate. The body comes in one or more multiple-block sections protected with color for painting and fitted with bolts for lifting, transport, and installation.
The capstan, die box, AC motors, gearbox, V belts, brakes, safety guards, water tube are pre-assembled on the frame body and tested in Mashtronics assembly factory.
The capstan, capstan cover and capstan housing are made of steel castings, which are processed on CNC machines. Drawing capstan (drawing block) are made of steel coated with a layer of tungsten carbide. Capstan are cooled using a high-turbulence water flow. Cooling water is fed to the capstan and dies through two separate tube circuits.
