Hot water rinsing and coating in one compact unit suitable for a wire range from 5,5 – 8,5 mm and a wire passing speed of up to 5.0 m/s (depending on wire temperature, lubricant carrier, and other surrounding process parameter).
The hot water rinse cleans any residual dust and sanding belt grit that is left on the surface of the sanded wire rod. This will be done through a pressure nozzle with hot water. The hot water wash also pre-heats the wire rod prior to entering the coating section.

The combination of the hot rinsing and coating together in one unit increases the drawing machine efficiency. After the coating the wire rod passes a drying chamber and is ready to enter the wire drawing machine. The exit temperature after the coating and drying will be around 80° C (if according to inlet temperature).
