Electrical brushes EBD-4 is used for brush descaling and removal of rust on the surface of wire rod. The housing is a solid welding construction into which are mounted 4 tiltable brushes dia. 250 which are mounted pairwise 90° against each other. This configuration allows for consistent and uniform wire descaling.

Falling dust is collected in carts that are placed under the rollers. The dust trolley is made of steel and mounted on wheels for easier movement.
