Hydraulic Mechanical descaler HMD-6
Mechanical descaler is used to remove the rust on the surface of wire rod. The bending descaling machine HMD-6 consists of 6 rollers. The 4 rollers are fixed mounted on heavy plate while the two rollers are hydraulically adjustable so that the wire rod will be descaled in three different planes.
Falling dirt is collected in carts that are placed under the rollers. The dust trolley is made of steel and mounted on wheels for easier movement.
