A wire pay-off provide that thing start well on every drawing line. Vertical Pay Off VS-70 and Hydraulic Tiltable Cones HTS-25 are designed to meet requirements where the drawing machine achieve high speed drawing. With its easy setup and compatibility, it is adapted to all wire drawing applications.

The overhead pay-off is designed in a sturdy welded construction. By means of a hydraulic cylinder, tiltable cones are put into the horizontal position, in which they can be charged by means of a crane or a forklift truck. Since the unit is equipped with two tiltable cones decoiling operations can be performed continuously.

In addition to vertical Pay-Off, Mashtronics produces horizontal pay-off, flyer pay-off and pay-off per customer request.

Horizontal Pay-Off  is the most simple payoff and is suited for both high and low carbon wire rod applications. Our horizontal flipper-type payoff is a straightforward and efficient solution, compatible with both high-carbon and low-carbon wire rod applications.

Designed for uninterrupted operation, the unit features two payoffs placed side by side, enabling continuous wire feeding. It accommodates coils weighing up to 3000 kg, with a wire diameter range of 5.50 mm to 8.00 mm, ensuring versatility and reliability in a variety of production settings.
